Well, there's a lot of kinds of sweating! Like when you're worried, or when you eat something really spicy, or when you've been doing motivational jogging with your Undyne-approved motivational trainer, or when you get really excited because the newest Nendoroid figmas have been announced and they have Mew Mew's alternate costume that she only wore in the finale...

But luckily for me I keep my sweating to a minimum, it must be because I am so cool!

After all being sweaty will show how vigorous you are at work you were and how despite the perspiration you are enduring the hardest elements!

And everyone will see how you put your bestest of efforts into your work!

Plus, you know, sweat is just the body's way of cooling down when it gets too heated up! So it's important to have. Just... only your own.
